It is said that hitting a baseball is the hardest thing to do consistently in any sport. The three most important aspects of hitting are balance (stance), the mechanics of the swing, and bunting the baseball. To become a better batter you must first learn these three aspects and be comfortable with them and once you are comfortable you must practice, practice, practice if you want to achieve some positive results at the plate.
