I’ve been doing a lot of thinking and praying about stuff like this that comes along that really doesn’t seem to make any sense why it should happed…so I’ve finally come up with something that makes sense to me, and I was so excited to find a passage in Hebrews that completely supports it! =)
Here goes…we’re walking along the path of life, working on our relationship with the Lord. But then, we come to the mountain. That’s what this is…it’s a mountain. That mountain can be any sort of trial…and we’re told to “endure trial for the sake of discipline” (Heb. 12:7a) But we’re also told that “the Lord disciplines those whom he loves…” (Heb. 12:6a) So God puts mountains in our life because He loves us.
This is why I think He does that…
