There is more that one influential person in my life but I would have to say that the top two are definitely Susan B. Anthony, a reformer and one of the first leaders of the campaign for women’s rights, and the next my grandmother another strong woman.
From the first time I heard Susan B. Anthony’s story I was amazed, it was the first time I had ever heard of a woman making a difference for women in a man’s world. Anthony helped organize the woman suffrage movement, which helped get women the right to vote in a period when only upper- class, white males could had a say in the government.
