Colorectal cancer also referred to, as colon cancer is the second leading cancer killer in the country. This disease claims the lives of nearly 160,000 diagnosed cases annually in the United States alone and it is the third most common cancer overall. Colorectal cancers are almost all adenocarcinoms, which tend to form bulky exophytic mass or annular constricting lesion.
