XYZ Health Care, Inc. (XYZHC) operates six rural health care clinics. Each clinic has providers ranging from Physicians, Physicians Assistants and Nurse Practitioners. Each provider is required by law to write or dictate the events taking place during patient’s visits. The dictation process includes any findings, or doctor’s orders as well as any prescriptions ordered, and how prescribed.
