I recently had the privilege of reading the play, Hamlet by William Shakespeare. This play was assigned as a class project but I had desired to read this work for sometime. There are two themes that are directly related in Hamlet; action and certainty. These two themes plague Hamlet, the main character, through out the duration of the play. Hamlet, in order to make his actions, desires an amount of certainty. This is unlike the other characters that act as they feel appropriate and do not think about their actions conceptually.
