Racism has always been a problem in our society. From the 1960's and 70's right up until now all generations have had to deal with racism. I’m sure that there is not one person who has not seen or been a part of some type of racism. It seemed that African Americans had a hard time fitting in around the whites in the 1960's and 70's, there is still a problem now, but the problem is not as great.
