Italy’s origins began with Etruscans moving to Rome, but I am going to begin around the time when Rome fell. The decline of Rome began around 337 A.D., and the fall of Rome really wasn’t until around 476 A.D. People have many theories to why Rome fell. Some of these include decay, financial problems, the dole and barbarians, economic, military, gradual, Christianity, vandals and religious controversy, division of the empire, lead, and hording and deficit.
