Russia isn't believed to be the most responsible country. This is for reason
to. Mostly because of the number of accidents that have happened. Also there
is the way high ranked officers in the military try to cover up such accidents.
The point is Russia has committed serious accidents which make many think it
isn't responsible enough to posses nuclear weapons.
In the past nuclear weapons have been used in war and testing. The two most
famous incidents of nuclear incidents are Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This occurred
as a result during World War Two. In these two Japanese cities there were
devastating effects.
The "Little Boy" was dropped on Hiroshima. This bomb weighed in at 9,700
