Flannery O’Conner’s fiction continues to create interest and critical analysis. Among her work the story Everything that rises must converge is one of these fictions which has been criticized more often. Typical like in O’Conner’s work, this story has meaning on several levels, especially the idea of convergence. Essentially this story describes an experience of a mother and son that changes their lives.
