FACTS :
( Petitioners argued that the evidence admitted at trial was inadmissible as
fruits of unlawful arrests or searches as per the Forth Amendments.)
Wong Sun, James Wah Toy, and Johnny Yee were all convicted of violating
the Federal Narcotics Laws by transporting heroin. Federal narcotics agents
had a man name Hom Way under surveillance for at least six weeks. He was
arrested after agents found heroin in his possession. Upon his arrest , he
stated that he had brought the heroin from Wah Toy. Agents located toy,
but found no drugs in his possession, and then began searching for Johnny
