Narrative in Taxi Driver

The film “Taxi Driver” (1976)is seen as one of the most powerful films in the history of film. It is not a pleasant story and it is certainly not a story with any true moral, message, or even ending. What makes it an incredibly powerful story is its narrative style that sucks us into the lost character of Travis Bickle, and offers us no answers to life’s confusing realities.
