I choose the title “employee development” for this section even though I think there are a variety of titles that would communicate my thoughts effectively. What I want to discuss in this first section are my insights on topics like Job Satisfaction, Motivation, and Job Performance and how I believe they all relate to a companies efforts to develop and empower their employees. My personal experience with job development to this point I would consider above average. I have been given an opportunity to develop many skills while essentially still performing and providing the tasks necessary to complete engineering projects.
