During my life my attitude toward reading has changed as I have grown older. First I loved to read, getting my hands on any book, and then I grew hatred toward it. As I grew older I became lazier and decided to watch movies rather than read because it used less brainpower. I found myself not reading at all for a number of years. Today, I read because I would like to do well in school and learn some information. When thinking back on my experience in how I learned to read I mainly remember the emotions I went through and how at that time of my life school was the scariest place for me.
