In the case of an office affair between Susan Matheson, a senior administrator in the Department of Housing, and her subordinate Bill, a boyish, fresh graduate, we will use Hobson’s and Walsh’s ethical decision-making model to discuss its moral dilemma. The moral issue Susan is actually facing is not only her role as an administrator, but also her role as a wife and mother in a family.
