Danny Champion Of The World

Danny Champion Of The World is a very interesting novel written by Roald Dahl. I thought the book was a very good read and I definitely would recommend this to other readers. The book has a good balance of nice and nasty characters Victor Hazell came to Danny and his dad’s (William) garage. He asked to buy their land. They told him that the land was not for sale. Victor Hazell was not used to being told no because he was extremely rich and he could usually buy anything he wanted with his money. This made him turn very nasty and because of this nobody liked him. Then one night about three hours after Danny had gone to bed he woke up unaware his dad was gone. Then he realised something was wrong, he couldn’t hear his dad’s breathing. D
