Children should always have an open relationship with their parents.
Yet, it's the parents obligation to make sure that this happens, otherwise they won't know what the child really wants.. Both poems portray the relationships between the parents and their child, with the parents always wanting the best for their child. However, sometimes the best for the child in the parent's eyes, isn't necessarily the best.
"Father and Son" depicts a confrontation, between a father, and his
