Nightfather Essay

Every book has a theme. A theme is the main topic and reason that a book is written. The theme of Nightfather is the influence that a parent can have on his or her children. In the novel there are three different areas in which the children are affected. They are at school, at home and interacting socially with peers.
First, a parent?s influence can affect the way his/her child acts at school. An example of this can be found in the chapter Nice on page 5. "A man flying through the air" The teacher smiles as she bends over my drawing.
