Since the assasination attempt of Ronald Reagen,crime has once again been put into the spotlight on America's stage. However, on this stage the curtain signifying the end never falls.
In this paper I hope to show how crime has risen in all shapes. and how Americans habe learned to live with it and why it happens.
To begin with some basic facts, every twenty-foru nimutes a murder is committed in the United States. Every ten seconds a house is burgled, every seven seconds a woman is raped.
