First Confession

I found it very ironic that this kid went and confessed to the priest that he feels like killing his grandmother and almost killed his sister and the priest basically confessed back that he knew how this kid felt. It seems like this priest had attached to this kid quite well because he had the kid in the booth for a longer time than usually. He even kept talking to him outside the church. I think what had happened really had a big impact on this kid. He found the priest very entertaining and may go to church more often to see him. It almost seems like when he was in the shadow of the church that he was still in the church, silent and peaceful.
