Limiting the use of weapons of mass destruction does not necessarily mean that all problems dealing with these weapons will be solved. Therefore, instead of worrying about reducing the number of times we use weapons of mass destruction, we should be more concerned about how we can deal with these weapons and also the positive ways in which they can be utilized. If we were to reduce these weapons we would lose many hours of sleep actually trying to figure out how we were to go about dismantling them. Plus, consider our relationships with other countries and the trust issues we have with them.
