Poverty and Isolation can weaken the human spirit. The way a person lives is the way their life is going to be for the rest of their life. For example, Zeena is a very sick woman, who cannot do anything around the house because she is very weak. She puts her self into a position that weakens her spirit. Zeena talks as if she will die and Ethan, her husband will not care about her death. Zeena isolates her self from everything and everyone. Isolation is a powerful action to take upon your self.
