What are your talents and strengths? I am a self-confident, goal oriented person who constantly seeks to learn new skills. I have an inquisitive nature but I am not easily side tracked. I always see tasks through to completion regardless of the time involvement on my part. I work well on my own or as a part of a team to accomplish goals. A skill that I have developed as the result of working for a IT outsourcing company is the ability to quickly integrate myself into a new environment. This skill encompasses both the technical aspects of the new job as well as the ability to ingratiate myself to new coworkers and teams. I would not consider myself a perfectionist, because I clearly understand that to attain perfection is impossible.
