Underage drinking leads to automobile accidents, failing grades, youth homicides, suicides, fatal injuries and sexually transmitted diseases. Studies show that the number one drug problem effecting young people is the use of alcohol. Alcohol is part of society and it is known that every child will grow to enter a world that has accepted alcohol as a part of everyday life. However, being a serious problem among teens, something needs to be done to bring an end to underage drinking. My views against underage drinking have become much stronger as I have grown up to see friends who have encountered situations caused from alcohol.
