THE PATRIOT The Patriot, directed by Roland Emmerich has to be one of the most patriotic films I have ever seen. This film focuses on merit, and how people of all backgrounds worked together for one cause: freedom. The movie for the most part is accurate, even though most commentators have a different standpoint. Many of us are aware of the revolution and other important historical events.
