Imagine the game today lets say if Mark McGuire, Sammy Sosa, Alex Rodriguez, Ken Griffey Jr., Frank Thomas, Jose Canseco, Mike Piazza, and Albert Belle were all banned from the game. Now imagine what it was like when Eddie Cicotte, Oscar Felsch, Claude Williams, Charles Risberg, Arnold Gandil, George Weaver, Joe Jackson, and Fred McMullin were banned from the game in 1919. That’s like taking candy away from 1,000 babies, no one’s happy. These guys were the best there ever was they have stats to prove it.
