The Phoenix Gumbo team has decided to tackle a subject that, in some circles, would be considered taboo. We want to arouse and possibly answer questions that pertain to women who work the same time, shifts and jobs as men do in the workplace; but still seem to get different rates of pay at the end of the pay period.
