Mercy

Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy (Matthew 5:7). Mercy, that is something we all could have a little more of. Mercy was shown best through Jesus Christ. Throughout the Bible there are many examples of mercy, not only through Jesus, but through many other characters of the Bible.
Mercy has many definitions. In the Merriam-Webster Dictionary it is defined as compassion or forbearance shown especially to an offender or to one subject to one's power; a blessing that is an act of divine favor or compassion for those in distress.
