Who ever knew that Bugs Bunny was used for propaganda during WWII? Warner Bros. Animation department created and directed their cartoons towards adults, and here all along my mom thought those cartoons were written strictly for children. These cartoons were written for the U.S. Armed Forces during the war to boost their moral, and also for those who were back home, so they would support the war effort and buy bonds. Since Japan attacked the U.S. at Pearl Harbor, most of the negativity was towards the Japanese.
