Vegetarian diets
Vegetarian diets can be healthful and nutritionally sound if they’re carefully planned to include essential nutrients. However a vegetarian diet can be unhealthy if it contain too many calories and not enough important nutrients. Some of the important nutrients to take into consideration are protein. As we learned last week there are many alternative sources of simple proteins and by combing them you have complex proteins. As long as you are meeting your daily caloric intake needs and receiving the right nutrients from those calories you should be fine.
