Personal Exercise Programme – Upper Body Strength In Footbal

The aim of this personal exercise programme is to develop my upper body strength when playing football. Upper body strength is important in all aspects of the game due to how physical and competitive football is. By improving my upper body strength it would become beneficial to me by giving me a better chance of; winning balls in the air, blocking balls, not getting injuries to my upper body, and generally giving me a more physical presence, making opponents more likely to be nervous and less likely to be successful when challenging me for the ball.
