Many people enjoy fun outdoor activities, such as camping. However, many people do not know what to do in event that an emergency arises. Take, for instance, a snakebite; contrary to popular belief, cutting an “x” on the wound and trying to suck the poison out is not the best method of first aid. There is an elevated risk of infection and a longer healing time because of the larger wound. To treat a snakebite quickly and most effectively there are eight simple steps to know.
