It is a rapid growing market or around 1 billion dollar and growing at over 40 percent .The potential us market includes over 9.2 million sales people. Current market penetration levels are estimated at 26 percent.
Currently the solution providers are mainly low end Contact Management Systems which are glorified database softwares. A higher end solution integrating sales and marketing and service personnel is the CSAS which integrates various departments.
