Laura was seven years old and she was going to visit her Aunt Elaine. She was very old and she was diagnosed with cancer earlier that year. She could barely walk but she loved beautiful outdoors. Laura brought some seeds of sunflowers to her aunt’s house and while she was there she planted them out front without her aunt knowing. Because of her aunt’s problems she didn’t go out front much. But when she did a few days later, she walked outside only to find the beautiful sunflowers. She then smiled for the first time in six months.
