Generational Differences in the Work Force

Millennia’s are people 18 and younger and are still in the process of defining behavior trends and work habits. A veteran is a person that was born before 1944. Veterans are stable, orderly and respectful in the work environment. Baby boomers were born between 1944 and 1965. They are driven, and somewhat selfish. Generation Xers are the kids from baby boomers. Generation Xers are eager to learn new things and they retain skills and knowledge for their future. Working in any business environment an employee or manager will need to notice the workers generational background. What generational background do they belong. Veteran, Baby Boomer, Generation Xer, or Millennia. Charlie Roth should have noticed this from the beginning of problems
