This article, A Nation of Voyeurs by Neil Swidey, talks about the possibility of putting court files online by a $15,000 e-Cabinet that can convert loads of court documents into searchable computer files making the court system completely digital. If the files are to be placed on the internet, then people no longer have to come to the court house, they can just access files and make changes online through the website.
But where there is a better way, there is always a downfall.
