Quanah Parker was the chief of the Comanche Indian Tribe. He was the son of a Kwahadi Chief and the captive white girl Cynthia Ann Parker. When he became the chief of the Comanche Indians, he was protesting against the white people for the slaughter of buffalo, which cut down on many of their supplies that they needed to survive.
