“Cops and robbers,” films are written to a formula. Most films in this genre comply with a basic formula that determines the characters in the film (both good and bad), the crimes, tactics used by characters and the way the film plays out. “Cops and robbers,” films, like any other films must be structured in a way so that we, the viewers become part of their world. For this to be possible, we must first be introduced to their environment, as it is always unique to our own.
