is kerry to wishy washy

Most of the people not voting for Kerry have said he is too wishy-washy, but what does that mean. Basically he is a softy, he always talks about Bush making the wrong decision but in reality he only cares about what’s going on now and not our future. Bush was put under a lot of pressure and in the debates I think Kerry uses that against him. Bush justifies what he did but we will never know what would of happened if we didn’t go into Iraq, and Kerry uses that.
Kerry said the president didn't find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, so he's really turned his campaign into a weapon of mass deception. And the result is that you've been bombarded with advertisements suggesting that I've changed a position on this or that or the other. No
