BLUETOOTH Bluetooth is a short-range radio technology aimed at simplifying communications among Internet devices and between devices and the internet. It also aims to simplify data synchronization between Internet devices and other computers. Bluetooth is an Industrial Specification for Wireless PANs first developed by Ericsson, later formaliezed by the Bluetooth SIG, which was formally announced May 20, 1999.
