There are many issues that can contribute to stress in the workplace. Some can be avoided, some cannot, but all can be worked upon to create a more serene environment. Diversity is a major factor that can cause stress in the workplace. This can stem from different languages, ages, races, religions etc...; the list goes on and on. This paper will talk about two very common barriers in the workplace, language and generational.
