There is controversy growing on what is a users legitimate right to privacy with in the work place. With in the work place there is a level of ownership granted to the employer as to what information is being shared. The question is since the employer owns the phone, the computer, the network that an employee uses does that grant the employer the right to monitor an employee’s communications?
