Near-death experiences (NDE) are experiences in which the body and mind literally die. NDEs usually occur after a traumatic experience such as a heart attack or car accident. A lot of people reported they often had an out-of-body experience and mentioned things they couldn't possibly hear or know, such as attempts at resuscitation while the person is unconscious.
