Fuji city is an old town located on the eastern coast of Honshu, the main island in the Japanese chain. It is located about 200 km south of Tokyo city on the Pacific Ocean. The only noteworthy aspect of Fuji City (other than it's proximity to majestic Mt. Fuji) is the fact that the factories located in the area produce about 70% of Japan's paper and paper products. Dioxins are carcinogenic chemicals known to be by-products of the paper-making process.
