From the period of 1998-2002, Crismina Garment’s liquidity has been fluctuating erratically. Though the acid test ratios are indicative of low liquidity; the current ratios are a preferable gauge for liquidity in the garments industry, as inventory is easily converted into cash. Though we take note of the variability in the current ratios throughout this time period, it is reasonable to state that Crismina Garments has displayed a relatively good level of liquidity although inventory stocks are a big chunk of current assets.
