Team focus does not mean just a group of individuals or one member providing all of the work. It is defined as a group of people working toward a goal with direction and concentration. Most, if not all of us, operate in groups. There are many types of groups: family, social, project, site-based, divisional, company, or others. When a group shares common goals and values, it becomes a team. We believe that we can achieve more if we act together toward a common purpose, recognizing that each member of the team has their specific role to play and a responsibility for the success and welfare of the group.
