In society, lives are shaped and formed based upon the impact culture has on the world. Culture can be defined as the ideas, skills, arts, or beliefs of a group of people that shape the way they function in society. Through this definition, it is easy to relate any medium to culture and see the ways in which culture affects our lives. In Walt Disney’s animated motion picture Tarzan, the ideas of culture have a significant role in determining the actions of the characters and determining how their culture allows them to become or act civilized.
