Italian Salsa Dip
• 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Italian-style crushed tomatoes
• 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
• 1/2 cup shredded zucchini, squeezed dry
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1 clove garlic
• crushed Snack Crackers
Mix tomatoes, green pepper, zucchini, onion and garlic. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve as a dip with crackers.
Dijon Ranch Dip
• 2 cups sour cream
• 1 (1-ounce) package ranch dip mix
• 1/2 cup chopped ham
• 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard Snack Crackers
Mix sour cream and dip mix. Stir in ham and mustard. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve as a dip with crackers

• 1 oz. Vodka
• 1 oz. Peach Schnapps
• 3 oz. Cranberry Juice
• 3 oz. Orange or Pineapple Juice
