QUESTIONS OF TRUTH
What is truth, how can human beings discover or have it, for what reasons do they look for truth are the questions that many philosophers have dealt with. The answers of these questions are totally different for Nietzsche and Plato. While Plato describes a picture of the human beings living in the shadows and the reality being in the world of Ideas, Nietzsche explains that truth is useful and therefore it is for the sake of utility. On one hand Plato and Nietzsche are both recognizing the impossibility of perceiving the reality in this world of becoming, on the other hand, one shows a way to find the real beings, the other finds this task implausible.
