Oceanside vs. Tierra Santa
The two cities I decided on are located here in San Diego County. They are only thirty-two miles apart yet the numbers at times were significant in cost. I chose Oceanside and Tierra Santa. I first chose to compare two families with about the same size family (4 vs. 5) and same size house. I compared my family of four who live her in Oceanside, to a family of five who live in Tierra Santa. We both have two-story five bedroom houses. Our family bought our house ten years ago and they bought theirs eight years ago. We pay $2,050.00 a month in mortgage, while they pay $1,370.00 every month.
